Martha concentrates her practice on residential and commercial financing and real estate transactions throughout the Northwest Territories. She represents purchasers, sellers, lenders and borrowers and reviews and advises clients on purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, security agreements, leases and all other aspects of real property transactions.
